Our client a wholly-owned subsidiary of Major Food Manufacture is America’s largest marketer of fresh shell eggs, delivering top quality products to retail, industrial and foodservice customers coast-to-coast. We are seeking a Plant/Processing Manager who is responsible for managing all activities in the Egg Processing plant which includes direct supervision of 30 plus hourly workforce, egg grading, cleaning, cartooning and shipping. This person is responsible for maintenance of the egg processing machine. (They are two maintenance individuals who are dedicated to fixing the production line) Minimum 3 years in the Egg industry including experience managing people! Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, excellent verbal communication skills, strong leadership, planning, problem solving as well; decision-making, and analytical skills. Bilingual skills in Spanish/English highly preferred! Associates Degree is highly preferred!
